Membership Fees
Members will be advised by email when their Membership fees are due, fees are payable annually on or before the due date.

By using the register and providing information you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of use.
The National Equality Register holds information related to the organisation and an organisation's Equality Status.
Equality Status:
Registered - All organisations complete an initial registration, the organisation's Equality Policies and Practices have not been verified.
Unverified policies and practices - uploaded - The member organisation has uploaded evidence of its policies and practices.
Policies and Practices reviewed and verified - Certification by an AESP member that Equality Policies and Practices examined in the review and assessment present fairly, in all material respects, the Equality Policies and Practices of the member Organisation at the date of the assessment.
Working towards Accreditation - Confirmation by an AESP member that the member organisation is working towards Accreditation.
Accreditation achieved - Verification by an AESP member that Equality Policies and Practices examined in the assessment and accreditation present fairly, in all material respects, the Equality Policies and Practices of the member Organisation at the date of the assessment.
Only members of the Association of Equality Scheme Providers (AESP) are able to verify and update an organisation's equality status on The National Equality Register.
Members of the Association of Equality Scheme Providers (AESP) are able to issue Accreditation and Certificates which confirm and that an organisation's policies and practices meet the AESP National Equality Framework (NEF) requirements.
An AESP member or their representative will contact all registered members of the National Equality Register to discuss their Equality Status.
There is a charge for joining and being a member of the National Equality Register. In 2024 new and existing members will pay an annual fee of £78 (£65 + Vat).
Members will be granted unlimited access to the C2E resources in the users' area; this will make available valuable Reviews and Self-Assessments, Guidance and Planning tools to help members better manage their Equality Policies and Practices. In addition all members will have access to a new Members Network.
We are pleased to offer National Equality Register member organisations the opportunity to use our unique online review process which allows Register members to confirm that they meet the equality elements of PAS91 and Local Authority Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) requirements. There is no charge to National Equality Register members for using the Declaration of Compliance process. We recommend that members review their declarations annually to ensure that all information remains current.
Where an organisation wants support or seeks assessment, accreditation or verification there will be a charge for that work, that charge is subject to agreement between the organisation and the provider.
All information is the responsibility of the registered organisation. Organisations may update their registration information.
A summary of the information held in the Register will be made available online. The information in the Register is the property of The National Equality Register and AESP.
The National Equality Register and AESP will not share any data with 3rd parties without the permission of a register user organisation.
Organisations may unsubscribe from the register at any time by sending a request to info@equalityregister.co.uk , their record will be updated to show that they are unregistered.
Users of The National Equality Register use the information made available on The National Equality Register at their own risk. The National Equality Register and AESP do not accept any responsibility for any decisions or the consequences of any decisions taken by third parties based on the information held on the register.
The National Equality Register and AESP do not warrant that joining the Register will lead to any contract or business.
